Self-Coaching Assessment Tool
If you are thinking of coaching yourself, I strongly recommend that you start by assessing your current situation using a simple self-coaching assessment tool (a similar tool is often used by life coaches with clients). Doing your own initial assessment will:
- Help you to see what you are happy with and don't want to change
- Help you to see what you are not happy with and what you do want to change
- Enable you to prioritise which areas of change you want to work on first
- Enable you to clarify what is most important to you in your life
