Action Plan
After assessing your current situation using a life coaching assessment tool and completing a self coaching questionnaire, download the Action Plan format below, complete it and then start trying to iniate some of the specific actions you have set out on your action plan:
Tip: Make the actions you set yourself as specific and small as possible, e.g. Don't set yourself an action of completing a novel (that could be a medium term goal to aim for but a specific action), instead you might set yourself the much smaller action of, say, researching how to create good characters in a novel, or writing a draft chapter for your novel.
