About Neuro Linguistic Programming Training
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) - is a a model for personal development involving a system of exercises and theories that were developed initially at the University of California in the early 1970s. NLP was devised by Dr Richard Bandler and John Grinder who sought to model the characteristics and approaches that they discovered in people who were highly successful in their chosen fields, to see if there were common behavioural and mental features and techniques which others could copy to help achieve excellence.
NLP brings together ideas from other disciplines such as hypnosis and psychology and teaches practical techniques for achieving success and overcoming difficulties in a range of areas of human behaviour and endeavour.
