Introductory Coaching Session Fee
My current fee for an introductory life coaching with cbt telephone coaching session lasting 1 Hour is £75. Thereafter you can book further sessions individually at that rate or you can purchase a block of 5 x 1 hour sessions at a discount of £5 per session.
The introductory life coaching with CBT session provided will include:
- Exploration of issues of concern in a 60 minute telephone coaching session, including constructive suggestions and proposals for action
- Introduction to CBT or other coaching ideas or techniques as appropriate for your situation
- After the session I will email you a written Project Plan detailing outcomes aimed for, any agreed actions and any assignments to complete before your next coaching session if you decide you want to proceed with further sessions.
